As my summer has winded down and fall has rapidly approached us here I am getting back in the swing of things.. While I was on my annual summer hiatus I noticed quite a few new posters who have become very very solid additions to the boards.
Updates on my life:
I just applied for readmission to Mount Union as I have taken off the year of 2009 for lack of funds to go back. I dont see why they wont take me back but theres always that shade of doubt.
I have been dating the girl you see in my pics for over 3 months now and I am crazy about her. We get along and laugh a lot however she is away at school and I am stuck in Geneva. When I get reaccpeted to Mount Union Ill have the luxury of knowing shes right on campus. (Yes for those scoring at home she does go to the same school as myself)
I have a few jobs right now. Most of you know Im the Shift Supervisor/Head Server at the winery I work at. The hours have been cut a little which allows me to get some more forum time in (on here and on 67suited the private poker forum I post on) I also have had some time and have found me a couple other side gigs. As you know (if you read my DC topic in OT that is) I am currently in Washington DC with R-E Tour Co. I am responsible for maintaing the students at night and making sure nooone is sneaking out of rooms or getting into any sort of trouble (noise etc you get the picture). Anyways these are 3 day trips and I am making some decent money off them. This is my first tour this week and I have 2 more lined up in November.
Keeping with the oddjob theme Im also working for my girlfriends Dad who owns his own vineyard. So far Ive done things such as cleaning out plastic tanks to filling up tanks for customers to pressing grapes. I get hours now and again from him and its pretty much used for spending money.
The Cavs season is rapidly approaching and Im becoming more and more excited everyday. You'll notice my forum presence a lot more during the first half of the season because that is when I have a majorit of my free time.

As most of you know Im hopelessy addicted to winning money at poker. In my latest endeavor I started with $2 to see what I could grind my roll up to! Well I have it up to $158 at the moment (in the blog its at $135ish) but be sure to check it out!
Of summer that is. As people are gearing up for school, winter and just having the summer end in general I wanted to drop in and see whats going on with my fellow fanatics.
I have been doing pretty well lately. Me and chelsie ended our summer fling or whatever you want to call and while I was said at first I have been keeping myself busy the last couple weeks. I hit mountaineer's poker room a couple weeks ago with my buddy for his 21st birthday. Played in a tournament and also played some 1/2 no limit. No success but I really want to go back. The quality of play was not that good and I feel like there is money to be made there. I wanna go down play a tournament one day with the roommates. I know one of us could win that thing.
I got to hang out with some HS buddies this past week. Did the Lake Erie bar crawl with my best friend and the previous night I did it with some of the Turkish kids who came to work for the summer. Got really drunk, 2 tshirts and had a great time dropping about $75 haha. Miller Lite's and Jager at the ten bars on the list. Two of my buddies who stayed at school this summer were home this weekend and the one had a party. Good to see those guys and some of the other few I have not talked to all that much. It was pretty funny to see the HS drama still going on with some of the younger kids there but thats to be expected. Good party overall and just gets me ready to get back to my house and friends at school even more!
Poker is still going pretty bad. I see glimpses of where I am about to turn the corner and then I get letdown. I am not upset with how I am playing just the cards are not falling my way.
