Interesting Facts About Me I don't like people much but sometimes I do

    SPORTS DOES NOT = MYSPACE!

Thursday, May 8, 2008, 10:21 AM EST [General]

In the infinant relm of sports talk I look for 1 thing! Being able to freely and easily talk sports. I don't care if somebody agrees or disagrees and I don't care what team they root for. It is about talking sports in all its simplicity.

My point is this talking sports does not need myspace. I don't need to know what you look like, what you are interested in outside of sports, what your fav quote is, or anything around those lines. Black, white, asian, jew, mexican does it matter? No, all that matter is we can express our opinion.

Yes, I spend ALL my time in the wonderful realm of Off-Topic where talking about the Cavs, Tribe, and Browns is not always the main focus. In that regard I should have no problem transitioning to the more sharring world of this new format. Problems is once again the old format was friendly and welcoming and honestly it was easy there were not all the distractions of pictures, etc...... I want to go to Cavs.com to posts something and not be tempted to reach out and spend my day looking over profiles and checking my inbox. To be honest I just don't want it to be like every other site. Cavs.com was original and that was a huge part of it's appeal and draw.

Thinking about it I'm sure I will stay around for a lil while just out of loyalty and for the sake of giving it an honest try. In the end though sports does not = myspace which will eventually end my tenure and relationship with these boards.
