Next up, Orlando, and a rematch with the Magic...
J.J. Hickson's sudden starting role caught him by surprise, but he loved being on the floor with the regulars and played more relaxed.
LeBron said kudos to Mike for coming up with the switch that helps J.J. and gives the Cavs juice off the bench with Andy's boundless energy. He's on the second unit where he first made his mark in this league, and out there with Z takes advantage of their chemistry.
Mike says he'll continue to look at the change as he ponders other rotation combinations...again, he's like that chef looking to combine the right ingredients to come up with a masterpiece.
All in due time...

Before the season started I thought it would take 20 games before we are all comfortable, but I'm thinking it might take longer. I still believe this team will be better than last years team, especially in a 7 game series grind, and fans will understand the signing of Leon Powe when he gets back...I believe he is the difference! I like the move to put Andy on the bench with Z. If Hickson struggles and Leon Powe can get healthy, I think Powe could become the starting PF for the team. Richard F. |

Nice win last night (although the team seemed to lose energy/focus in the fourth quarter).
CavsBrownsFanVarejao has become invaluable to this team. You know he has to drive the opposing team crazy ;-) His team first approach is admirable.
