Sorry but every time I try to make my avatar a picture of allen iverson it never works anybody know why? |

What exactly are you having issues with?
It's supposed to be a challenge, that's why they call it a shortcut. If it was easy it would just be the way.

it always says moving the file failed I have tried about ten different pictures but it wont work. |

Check your file size first, but also check the dimensions of your image. 160 width x 120 height works best for avatars, but you can bigger, I would only suggest going in increments of the dimensions I gave you.
