I mean he has his own talk show now and I don't even know why.


 


One can only hear the parallels between Latino and White childhood before it gets old. That is his whole act.


"You know you white people are lucky...you got swimming pools...we had to get shovels and our dad would say..get diggin!"

I used to watch his sitcom and actually enjoyed it, but then one day I came to my senses and realized that there were other channels on my television.

When one relies on their ethnicity so much in their comedy act that is the first sign that their not funny on their own merits.


 


I mean Chris Rock is black, and talks about life as a black man but at the same time his comedy hinges out onto other facets of social commentary.

I just have beef when unfunny people get high profile gigs when there are much funnier people, that don't get a fair shake.

You could say the same thing about all the Blue Collar Comedy people, there's only so many white trash, redneck jokes one person can take.  It's not even close to being humorous in my opinion.

Well thats who they are.  I mean they have their identity and I would much rather have them do that then tell racist jokes all day.

What? Both comedians make fun of their own groups be it rednecks or Mexicans and it gets tiring. Making fun of rednecks is as bad as racism in its own way. I don't go around making fun of Caucasians.
