Is there any way to make it so it will say WHO the quote is by? Like on the old boards?

Another quote-related question:
On the old boards, there was a quote button for when you do not want to quote an entire post. Let's say I wanted to quote one sentence, it made things very easy. Is there any way to add that feature here?

^^ There was? That must be another under-utilized feature I never took advantage of. I always just quoted and deleted whatever wasn't necessary. But it begs the question EVEN MORE for me, "WHY do people insist on quoting posts in their entirety when they're only referring to a specific part?" Just one of those great mysteries that's meant to remain one, I suppose...
