Gtfo with the DWade comments, imo.  LeBron is coddled by refs just as much as anyone.  Such selective memories...

Thank god I'm not the only one who thinks that. Seriously, it is friggin ridiculous how selective the memories of posters here are.

And LeBron wasn't fouled before he travelled, that is NOT a foul you call with five seconds left in the game.

So many excuses and whiners here, for the Cavs being a no-excuse team. You'd think a few more posters would buy into that. Apparently not, alls you guys do is cry about Wade. It's really pathetic.

It was time to put up or shut up, and we couldn't execute. So lets take the loss people and move on with a positive attitude.

well atleast he drove to the basket and did not hold the ball for 15 sec and jack up a three. also i think it would of been better if he would of drove as soon as he got the ball to catch them off guard

He has drove as soon as he got the ball before and scored, but this gives them too much time to come back and score, leaving us with almost no time. Who knows. Every game/situation is different. What's done is done.

I can't believe LeBron said it was a bad call a day later with a straight face.  Maybe he could be a good lawyer for real.

It was not a travel.  I review the play numerous times just as others on this site.  Also, even if it was a travel, he got fouled before the travel.  So how can the ref miss the foul, but watch close enough to call the travel?

WHAT?!?!?!?!

THAT HAS TO BE THE REALEST THING POSTED ON THIS WHOLE THREAD!!!!!!!!!

i want to start off with saying that whether he did or didn't it should of never went down to a shot to win the game. when i was watching cavs live and they showed the play i didn't see the travel. lebron started dribbling trying to get space from butler he does a hesitation move and then as he drives he takes a step and then takes another step but was a large step and then gets called for travelling. i dont understand people saying he took 4 or 5 steps. i saw 2 steps and he put the shot. what do you guys think ?

I agree .. LeBron didn't travel. He took 2 steos and jumped .. no way was it a travel. That was a Highschool call, no way should that have been an NBA call..

I think that most players 'walk' all over the place. (few exceptions) The problem is that the whistle can toot at the ref's whim! (or whatever? we will never know perhaps.)

In this case, it was a dangerous call to make! What 'IF'?? If they do not get a handel on this stuff, it could get out of hand. They can be glad that it was James & not in Clevland.

Travel or not,we should have never been put in a position where we were behind that much against a terrible team.It was a clear travel.I don't know what the hell a crab dribble is,but i think Lebron made it up.I love Lebron, but he needs to come up with a better excuse than that.Even if there was a foul,Lebron might have missed the free throws. We just need to start off fresh against the Bobcats and bring our A game against the Celtics.Z or no Z,there is no excuse for how we played.

correct me if iam wrong but  a "CRAB DRIBBLE " is when the foot moves in the direction as you would normally do to put it down BUT the foot never goes all the way down to the floor  making the visual imprestion that it went all the way down to the ground almost like an airwalk ! Anways i agree withan earlier post why do we have to have this game against a crappie team come down to the last play of the game AND THEN GIVE THE OFFICALS A CHANCE TO SCREW UP ON A CALL ? shouldnt we have been blowing them out ???? i think teams are trying to clamp down on mo williams so we cant get our offense into play sets which messes up the flow  of our team . that chirstmas day against the wizards mo got triple teamed 2 x s in that game they were set on getting the ball out of mo's hands
