definately a travel.. its really too bad because if he was a 6-4, 210 lb. guard from Miami, it would have been a basket plus a foul, and maybe even an ejection for the entire wizard team for just being way to mean to him. |

The distinction was when he picked up the ball from his dribble before he took his two steps to the basket. This time he picked it up before his initial pivot foot hit the ground. That makes it a travel.
One reason this happens is when you last dribble with the right hand when going to the left side or vice versa.

I listened to LeBrons Post game interview and he said that he is Certain it was NOT a travel and that he watched it 10 times and it was a bad call. I dont think he traveled either he was in the middle of a dribble on one of the steps but I could be wrong doesnt matter now.
This is the CAVS year! Im ready for the ride! GO CAVS!!!

Dwayne Wade does this all the time. This was a Wizards home game. They got the calls. But I have no complaint ref called it. LeBron f'd up to take the gamble. End of games is where legends are made. He will be hounded for every failing... the road's tough... |

I say he didn't. When he took that crab step, he gathered on 2 feet, then propelled off of his right foot... |

Seriously, good lord people, quit *****ing about Dwyane Wade. I'm tired of listening to all you crybabies. LeBron gets special treatment from the refs too, in fact he travelled on his layup at the one minute mark and it didn't get called. He gets away with three steps all the time. |

Everyone gets away with travelling, not just LeBron and D-Wade. The fact is though, that the fact that LeBron the size of a monster next to Wade, he doesn't get all the fouls called against him when he drives. Ever wonder why Delonte's And1 plays look easy compared to LeBron's when he looks like he's uprooting a tree to get the ball up to the rim? The bigger you are the less calls you get; they don't look like fouls since he's so big and strong. So them not calling travelling almost makes up for the fact that he gets nailed on his way to the hoop EVERY SINGLE TIME.

we should blame the nba for scheduling this game for sunday afternoon right as the nfl playoffs were going on. of course the refs would try to prevent the tie so we dont get OT and make them miss more playoffs. i bet you the refs were in a bad mood and wanted to take it out on the "kings of the nba". either way lebron did travel and shouldve dribbled more because it was a simple basket and we lost to a very crappy team |
