It wont put us out of contention because theres about 40 games left in the season. Whats not to say Pierce goes down with a broken leg (Bostons to lucky for the to happen) and Boston loses a few games because of it. You can make the same statement for the Cavs.
If anything, this game should help the Cavs because it gives them more film to study with. Nobody should be upset from this loss because its only one game. The bright side is we built this astonishing record that allows us to lose a game or two.

Seriously people need to calm down... yes it sucks that we lost however we are still one of the best teams in the league.. if we lost like 5 in a row or something then you should be worried.

Of course not it is one game. haha the chances of the Celtics or the Cavs getting to 70 wins is slim. I am very excited about hopefully shooting for 60!
