I think most people would actually prefer to NOT be proposed to in front of 20k people. Kind of stupid really. But congrats to the guy anyways.

What section were you guys in? I never realy found out. Looks like you were right across and over from me, I was in 208.

I would never, ever, would propose at a sporting event. That's just me.

Not because of the crowd, because I don't really think that kind of thing and sports go together. Glad she said yes though. Maybe they are really, really, really big time Cav fans and went on their first date at a Cav game or something. I don't know, but congrads to them.

Everyone is different. For instance, my girlfriend likes sports(she doesn't like the cavs), but she'd look at me really strange if I did something like that. Probably would say no, too.

Well I'm no hero, that's understood... All the redemption I can offer a girl is beneath this dirty hood.

I had a great time tonite -- hopefully everyone else can say the same! I just wish I coulda thought of something to "pour" on food. I blame the wording of the questions for my brainfarts...

Great game, too. All in all, a good time. =)

And the food vouchers added a nice touch as I was quite hungry...I almost downed one of those 1/2 lb cheeseburgers all by myself... =X

Thanks to all those behind the scenes that made it happen!!!!

I would HATE to be proposed at a game, not because it's a sporting event, but because ~20,000 people are watching...And what if I didn't want to say yes? I mean, it just puts the woman in a verrrry awkward situation if the couple hasn't already talked about it and are pretty much 100% sure they agree on taking that "next step".

But yeah, it pretty much depends on the person...I just find it realllly awkward to have that sort of thing happen in that situation. It's even weirder at baseball games (more people).

Juice you barely beat me on that popcorn answer. Its fine I still got the Bobblehead anyway.

haha!  It was a sort of tainted victory I must admit.  Ryz was like "name something that is cooked in a micro-...wait, hold up...(as he waited for Admin to ready the buzzer or something), and then continued, "name something that is cooked in a microwave!"  At that point, I had thought of an answer and was just waiting for him to finish the sentence.  ahahaha, yeah, I'd rather have the bobblehead too, but Monsters games are cool.  Had a great time.  The best was when that dude was asked "name something you wash first in the shower", and he said the spicket or whatever.  There were a few other hilarious answers/questions.  I want to know who were these people who were surveyed?!  Some of our answers were dead on, but weren't up there!  Oh well, all in good fun.

Great pics CFPPF.  Do you know someone on the Scream team?  Seems as though you're always holding that flag!

Yeah RD, I had 15 mins of fame tonight, it was very cool.  I was given the opportunity to throw t-shirts into the crowd during the first quarter with Ahmaad, Moondog and the Scream Team, so I jumped on it.  Then Ahmaad informs me he'll be giving me the mic and I have to introduce myself and tell the crowd to make some noise if they want some t-shirts!  Talk about nervous!  From what everyone told me, I did alright, and almost got escorted off the court by a security guard who thought I was some crazy fan who just ran onto the court.  It was kinda funny.  He spun me around to check for credentials, then saw my fanatic nametag and let me go.  Ah, the power of the nametag saved me!  haha

Thanks Admin, Ryz, Ahmaad, Leah, Admin Eh?, and everyone else who made tonight a great time.  I didn't take any pictures tonight!  A first!  I hope there are more to see, but thanks for takin' that pic of me on the scoreboard CFPPF, I'm going to blow it up and print it out at work.  Very cool.

And I met a lot of cool peeps I've never met before in person, but whom I've been talking to for YEARS!  Flightno23 and Underdogger were my personal highlights as far as long time buds, but it was nice to meet Cavalette, TommyC, CBuck and CDoe (who didn't respond to O-H! with an I-O!?! haha), along with many others who I can't remember right now.  Thanks for comin' out those of you who drove far.  And Dogger, I forgot to wish your grandma a happy birthday!  Hope everyone had a good time, can't wait for the next one!

Only bad thing about it was I had a migraine the entire evening, and Loudville isn't a good place to have a headache.  But I survived.  Only wish I hadn't left my Cavs team shop gift cards at home or I'd be rockin the new jersey.  I'll be sure to go soon and pick one up, although I'd also like to get one of the t-shirts the scream team was wearing.  Those were cool.

CFPPF :: Judging by your picture/avatar/icon, you also chose 31 as your number for your nametag? Good choice, sir.
