This the first of several prediction threads that I will be starting.

This thread will be locked at (about) 1:00 PM EDT on 4/5/2009 and it will be moved to another forum.

We can now have a "permanent" record of our predictions.

There are a few simple "rules" for posting in this thread:

1. Keep your predictions short and sweet - no long explanations justifying your predictions.  No conditions in your prediction except for the same "condition" for all - "barring major injuries".  If you state any other conditions, your post will be deleted.
2. Do not use this thread to "bash" Pavs, Boobie, Mike Brown, etc.  If you do, your post will be deleted.
3. Do not use this thread for any purpose other than making your predictions.  If you do, your post will be deleted.

Questions and predictions:

1. What will our record be for our remaining six games?
2. Will we win the #1 seed in the east?
3. Will we win the #1 overall seed in the league.

FYI, if we win at least 3 of our remaining 6 games, we will have the #1 seed in the east - also, if we win all 6 remaining games, we will have the #1 overall seed throughout the playoffs.

1.  3-4 wins out of the 6 games..... We are on a bad streak right now... losing to SA and Boston.... might lose one to Wizards, Pacers, and Sixers.

As much as I love the Cavs, I am trying to be realistic..... Our weaknesses have been shown over the course of regulars season games..... There is a reason why we struggled against Lakers and Magic and Celtics..... We can have the best record in the NBA at 61-15..... Dallas was 67-15 but never won the Championship..... We simply can't compete against teams that play physically inside.....

We will win at least 5 of our last 6.

We will win HCA throughout the Eastern Conference playoffs.

We will win HCA throughout the entire playoffs.

We will win all 6 of the remaining games 

We will be 1st in the east 

We will have the best NBA a record, giving us homecourt advantage all the way!!!

    1.   3-3 over the last 6

    2.  #1 seed in the east

    3.  #2 seed overall

                             It will not be easy but i see the Cavs going to the NBA Finals. Can't really say who we will play or the real out come of that series. Have to wait and see if we stay healhy thru the whole play-offs. But i do know this much we have a better chance of winning the whole thing this year unlike we did back in 07. This Cav team is a real team. We will pick it up over the last 4 games of the regular season and get the ball rolling.

        This team with the players we have now has a bigger understanding of what we NEED to do to win the TITLE.     GO CAVS!!!!
