Yeah Troy Murphy would be a nice pick up. He is a stretch power forward and can get double doubles easily. I'd give up Z for him. Hes younger, has more range, and we already have a good starting center, I'm not saying Z wasnt a good starting center, we just got a better one in Shaq. And as far as chemistry goes, it's still important, but chemistry alone wont get you a title. |

another guy that could become available and would be a great fit next to shaq in my opinion is jamison...if washington plays bad they could try to move him at the deadline to save some money. i know he's old but he still is a pretty good player and has a nice jump-shot...
poor men wanna be rich, rich men wanna be kings, and a king ain't satisfied till he rules everything.

1. He can stretch the floor with his jumphot which we all know. 2. He is also a tough guy and is willing to back a teammate up or protect The King. Do you remember him intimidating Dirk Nowitzki a few years back? They would be asking for more than just Z though maybe a first rounder and hickson/jackson/gibson type player. |

I predict that we don't make the playoffs this year.
I wish I would've remembered to do this earlier, like a month ago, so I wouldn't get pummeled for being a "fair weather fan". I was going to make this prediction even before training camp started. IMO, Shaq is more of a cancer than people realize. I think his presence will only impede offensive/defensive chemistry like we had last year.
Finally, a name change; it's about time. Not that I don't like Anderson.
