Brian J. Truskot Posts: 215	I believe he'll get a 3 or 5 game suspension, but that's about it. Since it's his first offense, I think, he will probably get off with a slap on the wrist. This was bound to happen, no surprise, lets just hope he handles it well.

If it was me I wouldn't get a slap on the wrist but more importantly West has a mental disease and if anyone shouldn't have firearms in his possession it's him. This dosent look good! Its highly unlikely he gets a pass on every charge. This is unfortunate for the cavs organization, us the fans, and d west. Why delonte why!?!?!?!?!?
