Some of you might have seen the video already, but Rick Kamla was going as far as saying Brandon Jennings from the Bucks shows signs of being the next AI. I watched some of the highlights and I think he could definitely be close to AI. Just wondering what you thought of him. By the way wasn't this the guy the Knicks passed on and he said he'd prove himself? Btw he had a near triple double his first NBA game (9 rebounds, 9 Assists).

I think Jennings can be better,


more efficient scorer,


and better shooter

Anderson Varejao is the best pick and roll defender in the league and I will fight you if you disagree.

When we look back in 3 years, everybody is going to say how much of a bargain Varejao's contract is

I hope nobody freaks out when LBJ does his Tim Duncan impression and actually entertains offers this summer just to keep the organization on their toes before he signs a 3-4 year deal

I dont think he will be better than AI, AI will be a hall of famer to say he will be better than a hall of famer is way to early for that he hasnt showed that much yet hes just a rookie

Yeah ^^^^ Everybody forgets how great A.I. can be and was back then. It has just become the in thing to do ( bash on Iverson) and most ppl follow the trend. A.I. is a flippin beast and hall of famer....no logic in saying this kid will be better.

Jennings is definitely a good player and no doubt about it, but its too early to compare him from the great AI. Jennings maybe the next AI but not for now and for now maybe he's the next Mo Williams

AI was a freak of nature... the most unguardable small-man ever who could score at will... Brandon Jennings will be an all star, and has an amazing handle able to do some of the things AI could... but Jennings will be a better point guard because his attitude is better oriented to a team concept... everyone underrated him. I saw him do things in high school that blew my mind. That said, AI is one of the all-time greats... Jennings has a much different game and the comparison isn't fair.
