Iverson experiment in Memphis is already on the ropes... he is unhappy to be coming off the bench on a bottom seeded team. I cannot see them keeping him around for the full season. What teams do you see possibly wanting him in a trade?

see i would have rather had Iverson backing up mo williams on PG position than whack @ss gibson. Iverson atleast has a bigger impact than Gibson on point. and his stealing and defense is decent. I dont know why cleveland dint pick up A.I. when he was available. I dont think it was hard to buy him out if he got out of control or that shaq and lebron couldnt control him. im sure they were more than capable of doing that.

WTF are you on about dude?????????????

Iverson refuses to play a bench role and would never back-up Mo.... even for a title shot.

I NEVER SAID WE SHOULD TRADE FOR HIM..... I ASKED WHAT TEAMS WOULD MOST LIKELY WANT HIM.... he is after-all still a box-office draw and a bargain for m/1yr an easy trade chip. He could still be a good fit somewhere that needs an upgrade at SG.

  • Knicks? could use him at PG/SG... would score a lot for D'Antoni.. especially good if they could unload Jeffries contract in deal.
  • Bobcats? could use PG and AI marquee... Brown still likes him
  • Hornets? could use SG
  • Raptors? could unload Marcus Banks and use upgrade at SG
  • Sixers? have no PG
  • Rockets? need SG until McGrady is back
  • Spurs? would accept a smaller role on a championship team... would start at SG, with Manu coming off bench.
  • Clippers? could start at SG... CP3 is smart enough to know how to utilize him.

what does CP3 have to do with the Clippers? And NOOO WAY Iverson ever starts at SG

Iverson played SG his entire career in Philly

LeBron always speaks of playing on a team of HOF guys... AI needs a championship... Shaq and LeBron could get the most out of him.

I hated the idea, but then re-thank it... until Delonte is jail-free... AI could be a usefull bullet. LeBron loves playing with combo guards who can create their own shot and defend.....

as a kid I bet this was LeBron's dream team.... ask LeBron who's posters used to be on his wall.
