Ive heard ALOT of negative things on these boards about the cavs ..and i didnt agree with hardly any of it except 4 things i picked out that he needed to do so bad.

1- Get Delonte and Andy on the second string our bench has just been terrible for 2 years and thats our major weakness. We need energy and a guy who can dribble the ball..ALSO i wanted gibson at the 2 guard for now on forever. off the bench..hes just a really good 2 guard coming off the bench like a Bj Armstrong without the point guard ability.

2-He got JJ out there so he can stop messing up and learn how to play correctly with the big boys....

3- He got shaq outta the paint and moved him over so LeBron can operate.

4-  Most importantly he put Jamario Moon in For LeBron which is exactly what i was hoping for on second string....and he stopped doing that dumb $#@$#@ twin towers thing it doesnt work unless they are Tim Duncan and David Robinson.

Mike Brown and the coaching staff bravo stick with this youll be good to go.

Mike Brown learned fairly quickly from his horrible coaching, now i hope the team and Mike Brown continue to improve and become better as the year goes on. I hope when Leon Powe comes back Mike Brown will use him correctly and not make stupid decissions.

BTW is it just me or does Lebron look burnt out. I think he's tired of always coming close, and it shows in his body language

mike brown is learning, as does all young coaches. phil jackson has gone through that process as well.

Mike Brown has made improvements, but he has a long way to go. The Cav's have an odd combination of players, but if were going to an elite team coach has to figure how to properly rotate our players. LeBron does not look burnt out in having to make plays. He lives off of that. Doing those types of things is the reason why he is the popular player he is. The Cav's will get it together and LeBron will continue to lead the team.... This will equal wins.

Hes a tireless hard working coach i cant think of a better guy to coach this team..no matter how much you people totally hate the guy its just because your a Cleveland fan and untill somone has a ring..nobody is liked.  Plain and simple Mike Brown Deserves to win this ring with this team ..and as a coach he cant work any harder...hes doing the right things won the right way and has had the right attitude about every single thing ...and really its time for a new Set of Blood to be the great coachs of the Nba..Van Gundy and Mike Brown Doc Rivers Erik Spoelstra this is THERE leauge now its up to them whos next.

Someone probably told him to do it lol. It took him 2 years to bench Eric Snow, so i think someone helped him with this.

I honestly think Ferry is the one making all the descions. "Hey Mike that's not working try this" sort of thing. Mike would have left Shaq and Z out there together forever if Ferry didn't tell him it wasn't working.

Mike Brown is fine. The  4th quater of Chicago game was bizarre though, It was like no one was concerned with winning the game until 1:32  left. These situations shouldn't happen, thus Mike Brown needs to be more vocal and remind the guys we need to win
