Was Z a steal in 1996 when he got drafted????? Anyone know?

He probably wasnt exactly a steal he was just a player they thought was solid and it turns out he was a very solid center and he probably was a little better of a shooter then people thought as well. put this on the cavs talk forum the normal onme and not t he history one and you will get more opinions.

I don't know if he was a steal in '96...but in the early '00s...he was kind of a bust.
At least he finally overcame his injury-prone-ness (is that a word?) and helped turn us into contenders. |

Looking back at it from today's vantage point, I'd say he looks like a steal.

Well, I'm not so sure about him being the "steal" of the draft, but he's been pretty solid for us during these last few years. He definitely deserves to have his number retired. |
