I would love to bring in Mo Williams. I honestly dont think he is that much worse than Mike Redd. He would fill a huge need at PG as well. He is only 25 years old as well.
Williams stats last year:
17.2 PPG 3.5 RPG 6.3 APG .480 FG% .385% 3P% .856 FT% Redds stats last year:
22.7 PPG 4.3 RPG 3.4 APG .442 FG% .362 3P% .820 FT%
Not only did Williams average 3 more assists per game, but he also shot better from everywhere. So everybody who thinks Mike Redd is such a great shooter, look at Mo's stats. He shot 4% better overall and 2% better from 3. He also is a guy we could give the ball to at the end of games to knock down clutch free throws (85%).
Sure he may not be known for his defense, but im sure Mike Brown could help (look how much he helped Wally in a short amount of time).
Anyone who can average 17pts and 6 assists on 48% shooting can be on my team.
Just to compare him to some other PGs......
Tony Parker 19 pts 6 assists 49% shooting, BUT only 26% from 3.
Ray Felton 14 pts 7 assists 41% shooting, 28% from 3
Andre Miller 17 pts 7 assists 49% shooting, 8% from 3
STATISTICALLY, he is better than all of them. Those are some very good PGs too. Everybody wanted Felton on here, so why not Mo? In my opinion he is the best fit for us because he is a very good shooter. Hopefully one rumor comes true for once, but I doubt it.

I'm a bit worried about his defense and his huge contract, but there is no doubt the kid can score. He is what I'd like to see Gibson become. Mo is an offensive threat from anywhere on the court.
I feel delonte is the better fit for our team though, soley on his defense. We saw how quick PG's like Mo blazed us all season, and I feel more comfortable with Delonte guarding them rather than Mo. Delonte also showed he can hit the open shot and take some of the load off of LeBron during the playoffs. I think that a full season with him as our PG will sho that ehh can consistently hit open shots and take it to the rim. |

I guess its kinda big, but Snow is making 7 a year, Damon 4-5. Mo is definitely worth 8-9. If we got Mo, we would still have Wallys expiring to trade mid-season.

Mo Williams is a shoot first PG who cant run offense... i rather just keep Delonte and just upgrade at the 2 & 4 spot. |

I believe Mo Williams averaged more assists than Delonte. And if you havent noticed, we dont have an offense that needs to be ran.
When are people going to accept that LeBron is basically our PG?
