Quite a 6 month period we've had with Milwaukee GM's.

Browns trade 2nd rounder to Green Bay for Corey Williams.
Cavs trade Damon and Joe to Bucks for Mo.
Tribe trades CC to the BrewCrew for Laporta, Zach Jackson, Rob Bryson, and PTBNL.

I think we got incredible talent in each deal. How do you rank them from a Cleveland fan's perspective?
Immediatley: 1. Cavs get Mo   2. Dawgs get Williams   3. Tribe gets Laporta, others
                                    For the future:
1. Cavs get Mo
2. Tribe gets LaPorta, others
3. Dawgs get CWill

Redd for some of that sticky stuff that gets the dirt of the bottom of your shoes. Thats just a reference to that minor league team that traded a player for some bats? hahaha

No reason to bring Redd now. There was a reason they broke up the Mo-Redd backcourt. They couldn't co-exist, and since they had a back-up point in place they liked, they allowed them selves to be ripped off in the process. They needed to move one or the other, and they have now. Doubt Redd will be moved this season unless they are doing absolutely dreadful. Either way, we should look elsewhere for a shooting guard if at all possible. If Mo and Redd couldn't mesh with the Bucks, its not likely they will be able to mesh here.

Good point. I never really realized that until now, but it does make sense that that is why they ripped themselves off kind of.

I think its very possible that Ramon Sessions will outplay Williams soon;  and Luke Ridnour could go sharply better or worse.  Milwaukee was avoiding a PG controversy.   The Cavs did need the Mo jolt though.

Because the Tribe was not going to be able to resign CC i'd have to say the laporta deal.  We had nothing going for us at the time and we got a lot of value for him in my opinion.  Next i'd say the mo deal followed be williams.

Exactly.  We lost CC for one season, more like half a season.  Who knows where he'll be come April.  I still have hope the Indians will snag him back, if that's legal in MLB to do that, but I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.

The Cavs deal is amazing, because Joe was good, but his minutes would have dwindled even more this season.

Eh, I'm not a big Browns fan so I'll say if the trade works, good for them, but Brett Favre and Jason Taylor were both grabbed for second rounders or lower, so that guy better be pretty talented.

Taylor says he's only going to play for 1 more year.  The Favre pick will likely turn into a 1st......this is also a good trade,  Brownies needed Dline help bigtime.....Hey Wisconsin!
