I think Vince Carter is the one guy left out their that would complete our team. I don't like the idea very much how everyone wants us to get a pf. I like having Big Ben starting and having JJ or Andy coming off the bench. I mean i back up center wouldn't be bad but I would not want to give up any of our good trading bait (Wally) for that.

Mo

VC

LBJ

Ben

Z

I would do something along the lines of Wally and West for VC or maybe Wally and a second rounder

i like that. But what really makes you think vince carter is going to come here??? and definetly what makes you thuink Danny Ferry is going to get him? He pulled off to major trades all ready. Do you think he can do another? And if he does Get vc we are on the way to winning the championship this year!

He tried getting VC for Wally straight up but it eventually got declined but NJ gave it some thought. I still think NJ wants to get rid of his contract and are looking to rebuild. They would be getting a solid starting pg in Delonte (since Kidd is gone) and a shooter in Wally and clearing cap room for their run at Lebron and the others in the 2010 free agency. They know right now with the team they have that they dont have a chance at winning the title.

New Jersey almost accepted a deal for Wally straight up on draft night.  If you throw Delonte in there, there's no question that they would accept.  That being said, is Ferry willing to make that offer?  And even if, I'm not sure how well he would fit here.

My Cleveland Browns wishlist:

1. Replace Derek Anderson with Brady Quinn. (check)
2. Fire Romeo Crennel. (check)
3. Hire Bill Cowher, Marty Schottenheimer or Brian Billick.
4. DO NOT trade Kellen Winslow.
5. Acquire a current or potential pro-bowler at linebacker, through draft, trade or free agency.

I think he would be ok but I really want a good PF first then worry about the SG.

oh yeah my bad forgot about Harris but Delonte could still play at the 2 and fill Vince's spot.
