I just read that Shaun Livingston had the clippers waive their rights to him. He is a unrestricted free agent right?? I read some reviws on Shauns play and they say his court vision is just awesome. He knows how to put the players in the right places to score. If he and Mo williams team with Lebron and his court vision our ability to quickly find the open man would be unstopable. From what I read Shaun was and is headed to averaging double figures in assist. Mo williams gives you assist also but can score the ball and score off the dribble and create his own shot. He would be a nice Match up size wise at 6'7. If he is out there, why not go get him since he has been cleared to play. You can't teach the kid of court vision he has , its a gift from God. I hope Danny Ferry has considered him or will.

i was hoping this would happen before the mo will trade but now i am kinda skeptical, one because he is a pure pg and we are kinda over crowded at that position (until we figure out the delonte situation), and for two because for those 2 to be on the floor at the same time would give us to pg's on the floor at once. its kinda ironic because mo is like a sg in a pgs body, and livingston is a pg in a sg body...lol if the could only switch, idk this could work!

The tough thing with Livingston is he is coming off a major knee injury, one where it was thought he might not even come back.

Exactly.  That was quite possibly the worst looking basketball injury that I have ever seen.  On top of that, we already have a very crowded back court.  We need bigs.

Ever thus to deadbeats, Lebowski.

If we could S&T west for Lee, then maybe we could sign livingston as a backup pg?

I hope we never find out because that would mean that this team has Zack Randolph.

True, but he's worth a look. He'd be cheap, and a solid third option at the point. Of course you examine him, and see if he can actually play.

If we trade West for a Big, the cavs have to sign someone to be the third string point guard. Boobie and Mo, is not enough depth.

That's what I'm thinking, too.

If we trade West for a big, we have to sign someone to be the third string point guard. I want someone with size, who can defend a little from that position.

I just read an article today where Mo said being a distributor is not playing to his strengths but playing with Lebron will play to his strength of being a scorer. Well thats fine and great. I Shaun Livingston will free up mo to score and do what he does best and also Lebron can finish plays more and post up. Yes lebron will still have a high number of assist but with Shaun there they can mesh their tremendous court vision together and become unstoppable. Regardless of his injury HIS COURT VISION ABILITIES HAS NOT CHANGED. hIS GIFT IS STILL THERE. Yes his was a lottery pick. Trade Delonte and our backcourt will be:

starters.....PG MO williams  6'1

                   SG Shaun Livingston  6'7

Back ups  PG Danilel Gibson  6'2

                   SG   Tarence Kinsey   6'6

that settled now go get yer big men for the front court cause you atill have money left to spend.
