Wright has career averages of 8.1 points and 6.5 rebounds, but he posted just 0.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest last season (split between Atlanta and Sacramento)
i got that from your link.unless he was hurt for 80 games this is a big NO from me.im pretty sure a 0.8 point per game is the oppisite of what we want for this team
Dont disrespect the tuba.

I dont think he got many minutes last year to be honest he had to play behind Brad Miller for a while |

Well if he's only here as a last resort/Scot Pollard type of player then I wouldn't mind it because he's fully capable of filling that type of role. However, if they plan on him filling Joe Smith's minutes then they need to look for a better option. I guess it all depends on how confident they are in Hickson going into this season. |

I hope to see him in the wine and gold this year. He would fit prefecly what we are looking for. |

I see Hickson coming around during the second half of this season. Wallace or AV will go down (although I hope not) and it will be time for him to step up, which he will, I do believe. But Wright wouldn't be a horrible back-up. I still would love to get Lee or Curry, or even Harrington in a Cavs' uni before traing camp, though.
Ferry will make the best possible move for us when he can. We may not even aquire a decent big until the trade deadline. Who knows? But I think Wright would be a Pollard type player who'd get about 8-10 minutes per game. I still see us getting a SG at the deadline though, not a PF. So expect Wright, Lee, Curry, or Harrington in a wine and gold jersey come training camp. That's just my opinion, though. -Imp |

He wouldn't be a bad choice as our emergency back-up. Which we need with injury liabilites like Ben and Z on this team, but he isn't someone I would want to put into the main rotation at this point in his carear. |
