If Lebron decided to sign a contract this summer and not 2010 what will our payroll look like? Would it still be the same as you predicted or will it be less or more? |

If LeBron signed a contract extension this summer, his salary for 2010/11 would be $17.1 million and our payroll for 2010/11 would be:
2010/11
55-15 (64-18)

So I read through everything, though I still could not find the Cavs 08/09 cap room. Maybe I missed it.
*The Cavs are destined for greatness in the 09-10 season.
*3 Cavs players will be named to the All-Star team. -Lebron, Shaq, and Mo. *Cavs will go 65-17 *If everything goes right, we will win a championship. *Then LeBron signs a new deal with Cleveland. *And we win 2 more titles down the road. *Good luck Cavs, and cheers to us finally achieving our "One Goal" Which is to "win a ring for the king" |

2008/09:
Total:90.0
*( expiring contracts: 20.3)
Cap room = salary cap minus team salary = 58.68 - 90.0 = (minus) 31.32 million
55-15 (64-18)

What I noticed is even with the expirings this off-season, we still will be over the cap by about 10 million. Hopefully both Dans work together to fix this debt before the 2010 season.
