Youd be a bad fit with LeBron.

                   Who are you referring to?

That's what I was wondering. Then I read up and realized he was referring to that Larry Hughes dude who said Gerald Wallace would be a bad fit with LeBron.

It would be very difficult for anyone to have success driving to the rim on our team if you've noticed teams pack the paint for lebron he still gets there but anyone else,Idon't know We need a Wally who can actually shoot or a Sasha that can actually shoot that would be nice

im  just jokin FERRY dont get your panties in a knot any 2 guard we bring in must be able to hit the three

We've already got three guys coming off the bench at shooting guard who can hit the three(Wally, Boobie, Sasha), we need another veteran who can play defense and get to the basket. I think Gerald Wallace would make us the best team in the league, meaning we would have a great shot at winning a title if we brought him here, but I can't see Ferry bringing in another pricey player who's contract goes past 2010. I'm not saying Gerald Wallace isn't worth what he's getting, because for what he gives you he's worth it, I would have to wait and see how our team was doing towards the deadline though before I made a deal for Gerald Wallace. If our team is a top two or three team in the East I wouldn't make a deal for Gerald Wallace because it would change the chemistry of our team and our gameplan, plus, if we were a top team at the deadline it would mean either Sasha or Delonte or somebody has stepped it up a notch at the two and why ruin that. On the other hand, if we are say in fourth or fifth place at the deadline and we're not getting much production from our shooting guard I think you have to make the trade. If we are in contention without Gerald Wallace I wouldn't do the trade because if we make it into the play-offs with a good team, LeBron can carry us all the way. If we were looking at a fourth or fifth spot and we didn't have home court, that's when I would worry and make a move for Gerald Wallace to try and put us over the top.

I agree with your whole post BDog and i think that is pretty much the same way Ferry will look at it. As far as tying money up beyond 2010.

I agree, if only Wally or Pavs could be the players they were 2 years ago we would be set @SG. I think its going to be a lot easier for Pavs. If he gets his head on straight and give 100% we will be fine. We need another big more than anything.

I look for a better season at least from Wally (he has the career stats and he's only 31 isn't he?)Sasha I'm not too sure about but I feel comfortable with our backcourt if we resign Delonte. I agree a big is a dire need

I disagree If Danny gets the right player he won't care how long the contract is. If that was the case then why would he offer Wally for Vince Carter or take mo"s contract.

Are you kidding? That is the first thing he looks at. He almost didnt do the Mo deal because of the length of the his contract. Why he almsot did the Wally for Vince deal? I dont know? I think he was in panic mode for a minute. That is also the reason he didnt sign Posey. If he didn't care how long contracts were, then he needs to get a job doing something else. That is the first thing he should look at.

Danny is very greedy when it comes to trades and ever since he blew it with Hughes he has become a money miser as well I think Gilbert has to urge him to spend money thats what happened in the feb. trade Gilbert insisted

Yes but the fact still remains the same he did offer the deal for Carter. I don't have any other evidence to go by but the facts at hand. So you can see how nothing can be ruled out.
