So, the Cavs added a veteran with size who is a tenacious rebounder and doesn't shoot that much... I like it a lot.

Soooo nice to have Brian Windhorst back to give us knews of this a couple days before it happened (well a little under a couple days, but whatever). I mean, not a huge deal to know about this sort of thing before hand...But his insight is always appreciated. I know he's been back for a bit now, but still...Welcome back, Mr. Windhorst.
Good signing for a backup-of-a-backup big. Hopefully he's still got something left.

Just incase anyone else cares (I figured it wasn't worth making a new thread)...Lorenzen Wright will wear #55 for the Cavs.

Here is what John Hollinger had to say about the signing-- http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/columns/story?columnist=hollinger_john&page=SummerWrap-080909 Lorenzen Wright signed with the Cavs, for the minimum. [He's] overpaid. ; Wright was such a horrific bust with the Hawks that he didn't play even though they were desperate for frontcourt help. There's little evidence [he] belongs in the league. Maybe there is a reason wright had problems in the previous couple seasons, such as the rumored lingering injury, but I'm setting my expectations really low.
