The Cleveland Cavaliers have granted a release to guard Michael Dickerson. Dickerson was excused from camp on October 1st in order to attend to a personal matter and has not been able to return. He was unable to pursue his return to the NBA at this time, while addressing the personal matter, but expects to still pursue a return to the league in the future.
It's supposed to be a challenge, that's why they call it a shortcut. If it was easy it would just be the way.

Well... Thanks for nothing I guess. Looks like it is down to Jawad and Ronald. Vernon will be the next to go IMO.

Vernon would have a fighting chance with another team, we are stacked with guards right now so even if he played real well for us I don't think it makes sense to hold onto him. Ronald is the number one option I think.

it will probably be dupree. but some part of me wants it to be jawad because he is hometown. neither of them would even get scott pollard minutes though

It's a shame Dickerson ran into more trouble with his comeback, this move wasn't unexpected at all.

Looks like more minutes for Dupree and Jawad to battle it out but I think it will eventually come down to whehter we want a project to develop in Erie (Jawad) or a vet who can provide detpth for the present (Dupree)

Blew a golden opportunity to eliminate a cancer and gain another one... who will actually score and play and not kill himself. I want a TITLE!

Browns: please replace Eric Mangini with Eric Berry. Thank you. Signed, an angry season ticket holder

^^^^^^^^i agree with your ideas on what we want..and i think its a vet that we just sign to a 1 year deal just to ride along, share his experience, and try and get a ring for himself
