Hmm, not so sure Id want him for mid level honestly. I know hes a good physical player with some smarts but hes getting up there in years and I dont think he would make that much of an impact very quickly here.

For one thing, i just want to say that the lebron naysayers can go somewhere else, like the detroit forum or something. or even better, go buy a deshawnna stevenson jersey. oh yeah, they dont make them. After I say that, I would also like to state that drew badden had defense like a paper bag, and streaky offense at best. mcdyess, i dont know much about him, except he can do what our team is slowly learning to do, and that is shoot. I say take mcdyess, and then i think we all know of the possibilities. iverson is washed up, i used to be his #1 fan and copied his moves as a kid, but the man is becoming more and more inconsistent and isnt quite as quick as he used to be. if you bothered to read this im sorry, but it feels good to vent ones opinions on this board. no_regard |

That would be a nightmare wow. Anyway when is Hickson going to start getting some real minutes.. Thinking ahead: Former Cav Drew Gooden is comfortable in Chicago, he is now the starting center and new coach Vinny Del Negro named him one of the team's captains. However, this is the final year of his contract and for the first time he will be an unrestricted free agent next summer. Whether or not the Cavs would be interested would depend on what happens withAnderson Varejao, who can opt out of his contract at season's end. But Gooden, himself, may have some interest. "I really enjoyed playing here and the people here," Gooden said. "If they called, I would listen." Let's hope that never, ever, ever happens again. We've been through one Gooden nightmare, that's enough. |

That's why I think it's VERY important the Cavs play like beasts. Really dominate teams and showcase the team they have to someone like McDyess. Of course the money will talk the loudest. So maybe we should hang dollar signs in the rafters to help recruit him.

Thx, and absolutely get this man a jersey. He's the perfect compliment to Ben, and it'd work wonders seeing them rotate in and out, or play together. Give him 2 years on a deal and get the rings ready. |

Why not? He'd give us a low post presence scoring wise. Great mid range game, great rebounder, underrated defender. We need a player like him to put us on top.
