The Cavaliers should not pursure any Wing players at this time. What we have is working very well.

The Cavaliers should try and trade Wally's Contract for Eddy Curry.

He is 25 years old and is a solid Post Player.

He makes 9 Million this season and would be more productive than Wally scoring wise and less turn overs

He is effective in the half court offense and rebounds well.

his contract does run through the 2011 season but, if we could resign AV,

we would be going into that year with a very solid young core that is only going to get better

with

Center Eddy Curry - 2009 draft pick

Power F Andy V - JJ Hickson

SF Lebron James - Pavs

SG 2010 free agent pick up - (joe johnson would be so ideal but i dont know if that would happen), delonte

PG, Mo williams, boobie

in 2009 Ben Wallace has an expiring contract of 14 million. Next year we could trade him at the deadline to bring in that true TWO Guard we always wanted and make a serious run at a championship next year as well. Helping to convince Lebron to resign with Cleveland

NEWSFLASH!

Eddy Curry weighs like 300 pounds.

Why would we waste Wally on that lard?

Eddy Curry would be a nice pickup as long as he stays healthy. I dont want an injury prone center who plays 50 games a season.

I wouldn't mind Curry, but it would be nuts to straight up trade Wally for him. If we could get David Lee in that deal then I'd do it in an instant. We would probably have to throw in another piece, maybe a draft pick, but if we get David Lee we will be the best team in the EC.

NEWSFLASH alot of centers weigh 300 pounds...  sometimes a player needs a new scenario

to reach their potential. Big Z had injury problems and look at him now. I believe it is worth the risk.

Eventually we are going to have to find a replacement for Z and If we do not have a post player or Andy on our

team by 2010 i fear our chances of re signing lebron do drop

Please tell me that your kidding. This guy can't even crack the Knicks rotation due to him being the MOST OVERWEIGHT player in the league, and one of NBA's biggest headaches. Why would we waste a Wally for Curry straight up? Thank god you aren't Danny Ferry....

Yeah, but most 300 lb. centers are actually in shape.  Eddy Curry is out of shape and for his size, he is a poor rebounder.

And if you really fear that LeBron will leave (assuming to the Knicks or Nets), why would we help the Knicks knock off their cap space by trading them Wally for Eddy?

This guy make me laugh.

We could get so much better than Eddy Curry for Wally.

Some examples:

David Lee

Gerald Wallace

Vince Carter ( he sucks but he's still better than Curry)

Do I need to say more?

I am not worried about Lebron going to New York or the Nets as much as I am him going to a team with a solid foundation.

Eddy Curry can play on this team, we aren't Pheonix we arent the Knicks.

He can establish himself in the post and he can finish near the rim

don't hold use ur bias judgement because you dont like the guy

Gerald Wallace would be the second coming of Larry Hughes, without the injuries. The guy will not fit in this system, and we gotta get a post player.

Wally isn't doing that much for this team. Eddy Curry straight up for Wally will save us 4 million and Eddy curry would be better in our system than Wally is.

Then in 2009 we would be set in our front court to trade Ben Wallace's expirng contract for that two we need

Are you joking?

Gerald Wallace doesn't hold by the ball at the top of the key for 20 seconds then chuck up a brick. He's such a good player and actually drives to the basket to score because he knows he can't shoot.

But yet he's the second coming of Larry Hughes.

Eddy Curry is fat, slow, and inconsistent. If we trade for him we should all just get out our "Goodbye LeBron" signs because there's no way we're signing anyone in the offseason.
