Lebron very well might of liked working with D on team USA. That doesn't mean he just has to play for him. Lebron seems to realize that defense does win. It's important, otherwise he wouldn't be preaching it and talking about it. More importantly, working on it. Which he clearly has.
Is it me, or does Lebron maybe really like Mike Brown? I never really hear him commit on it, but Mike Brown sure seems to have Lebron believing in what he preaches.
I never truly appreciated how valuable Mike Brown is. I honestly think if we didn't have a coach like him, that we'd be more like the Suns right now. Just shoot and score, but Brown still figures out how to get this team to defend on a top caliber level. Mike Brown doesn't get enough credit. He practically got NONE when we went to the finals, and I think he was the biggest reason(yes even bigger than Lebron) on why we were playing. He really gets his teams to commit defensively and that wins us games in the playoffs. In fact it makes us overachieve. He's a darn good coach. I wouldn't quite call him great yet, but he very well might be knocking on that door.
To think some wanted to fired him, I'll admit at times I've had my doubts with him as well. We would NOT have benefit with no MIke.
Well I'm no hero, that's understood... All the redemption I can offer a girl is beneath this dirty hood.

MB has grown up as a coach as well, he isnt running the offense anymore, which was what he needed to do long time ago, but this season all things are clicking together, and i knew MB could coach defense, but last year he showed he knew how to do two things, which was get players to play for him usually and coach defense, but now with gettin Mo Will and letting his assisant coach run the offense, things are working very well for the team |

I liked what LBJ said b4 that game. It told others that we (as in the Cavs) were good and confidant about winning. |

One of the reasons i don't watch ESPN is that all they talk about is New York or Boston. When they have to acknowledge a team like the Cavs or any other team, they do in about 5 seconds. They talk about our streak for a few seconds, than they talk about Lebron going to New York for about 10 minutes. I just turn that GARBAGE away, and watch Bruce on STO. Talking about something thats 2 and a half seasons away, ESPN is a bunch os BS! Only show i watch on there is Baseball Tonight, because they give the Indians there due, when it is deserved. |

WHo cares? you know as soon as Sports Center mentions the cavs win streak, it will end. Why Jinx us? Enjoy it. We know that our team is playing well, and thats all that should matter. Why get the extra hype. Don't let our players get it into their heads that they are playing extremely well. They know they are, but if they try too hard, they might string together a LOSING streak... The beatles said it best... "let it be"

Wow, just saw the top 10. All that was said was, "Lebron with a season low 11 points but the Cavs still win" like there is no way on earth we should win without him blowing up for over 30. Just no love from em but who cares, the team's got our support.
Its the mistake on the lake to you but this is my home

Hm,... I have recognized anyway that nobody in the world ever talks about the Cleveland Cavaliers into details. It's still about Boston, Detroit, Lakers, Spurs and etc. ... On the other hand let's keep a low profile and make them pay the price in the PLayoffs!!! |

I never pay much attention to those power ranking things. From what I know that's just some guy's opinion gathered by some mathematical equation that supposively calculates the hottest team in basketball. I'm not buying it. I mean, I'm happy the Cavs are number one, but with Milwaukee and Indiana both in the top 14 it just makes me cringe a little bit. Neither of those teams are very good, even if the Pacers have beaten the Lakers and Celtics. |

The cavaliers blow out a team that the lakers lost to and boston struggled with way more than us and we are one of the last stories. It's ridiculous how everyone keeps saying boston is so much better than cleveland. Everyone is like well they already beat cleveland. Last time i checked that was the FIRST GAME and at their house on ring night. I can't wait to see the difference now that our defense is getting better and better when we play them again. Then i wonder what ESPN will say
Time for the Tribe while the cavs defend the house in the playoffs. Man I love this time of year!!!

No real surprise....nothing shocking. Nothing new.
During the Celtic's/Blazers game last night...the announcers were talking about the best treams in the league and the one lead announcer (sorry, cant remember his name) said:
"You got Boston and L.A...and ya gotta throw Cleveland in there..."
O.O....Ya gotta throw Cleveland in there? *shakes head*....whatever...
Again...no surpise..I like being underestimated...makes the "shock the world "factor that much better.
"So, of course, LeBron then power drives to the hoop, elevates over the moon over Miami, and throws down the most earth-shaking, game-breaking, De-Wade-flating, Heat-baking, Celtics-baiting, Kobe-quaking, pancaking, scintillating, bombasticating, ain't-no-imitating, in-your-face-no-matter-which-way-you're-facing thunder dunk, delivered with such force that it takes the breath away of an entire generation."
