Okay first of all we will be losing expiring contracts to Eric Snow, Damon Jones, Joe Smith, Andy Varejao, and Wally.  All of these contracts add up to $33,711,557.  Now I'm thinking that is good enough to not only add one all-star, but two.  And the year after we lose Ben Wallaces horrible contract of $15,500,00.So possibly 2 all-stars and a strong 6th man.  I know this is wishful thinking but it's possible.  I really don't see the need to resign any of these players.  So here are my suggestions for the Cavs to try to pick up in the 2009 free agency.  These people are all unrestricted free agents.  Mike Bibby, Jason Kidd, Allen Iverson, Rasheed Wallace, Rip Hamilton, Al Harrington, Lamar Odom, Shawn Marion, Hedo Turkoglu, Andre Miller, Grant Hill, Ron Artest, and Carlos Boozer.  Okay so I know we will need some kind of 2 gaurd and a PF or Center after this.  When I look at all these people I want to get some young people.  They all look kind old if you ask me.  I leave it up to you to decide who you think we should get.  Pick 2 at most.  If we even get one of these people for the season after this upcoming one we will probably pick up some backup.  Let me know your thoughs.

i was lookin at the other forums on cavs.com and one guy said that ferry was gonna offer about 55 million to all the expirings but im not sure........... i hope not

Shawn Marion would be sweet but lets wait and because Ferry might trade away one of the contracts thats expiring that year.
