The CAVS really need someone who can support LBJ. Players like Anderson Varejao and Zydrunas Ilgauskas should be removed. They are in no way helping the cavs win. I am wondering why these guys are around doing nothing. I personally do not want LBJ to be another great player who ends up never winning a Championship just because there was no worthwhile players around him. 

This is my idea - a player like Nash would be a great complement to LBJ and his speed. Nash himself would be a wonderful fit. LBJ, Nash, Shaq, Mo Williams, Delonte West would do the job. Cavs should have pulled in Trevor Ariza from Lakers. He was clearly planning to leave the Lakers for all the limelight was on Kobe. These 6 and a couple of other experienced guys would have summed up to do a wonderful job to get a championship for the Cavs. Even now its not too late. Trading all the useless players for players like Nash would be the route to a successful championship. The truth is even Shaq can't help much for he is too slow for LBJ and other than  Mo Williams and Delonte West there is none who could help LBJ.

The Celtics are too strong for the Cavs to fight against. The Magic is getting stronger but is very much in the beatable range. To win these guys a couple of nice experienced defense players would be a better choice than Shaq who cannot complete a free throw for nuts. Shaq will not be taken out for sure for there is too much publicity behind his joining the CAVS....but CAVS please realize that he is not contributing....the Management needs to get to work!!!! Please get to work or you would lose LBJ next year for sure.
