    Stabilizing the Ship

Wednesday, November 18, 2009, 11:47 PM EST [General]

What a roller coaster ride! Well home has it's value, there is a great deal of flexibility concerning margin of error at home versus away games. Tonight we stuck our hand in the cookie jar and the cookie monster bit it. Blowing 17 point leads is not acceptable on any level of basketball especially back-to-back games. Hopefully the Cavs got this stinker out of their system to now play like a team on a mission. Teams are watching and champion caliber teams dissect every tendency and aspect about you, ready to exploit these flaws when the time arrives. Be careful guys and get mean, focused, and exert your will on other teams. One last word,Z this is your grand finale, start playing like a ghetto bred 7 footer you are toooooooo!!! nice,

    • No one should block your shot at point blank range,NO ONE!!Ever heard of the DUNK?
    • Rip down the rebound, Rip it with someones hand attached, forget the sissy tap back use it only as a last resort.
    • That lane should be called Perdition's Alley, opponents should have a devil of a time coming down it, let people feel your wrath
    • Can't understand my point open your eyes and watch Shaq, with your offensive skills and some toughness there would be no stopping you

Patience !! Don't Burn the Meal

Monday, November 2, 2009, 07:52 PM EST [General]

As anyone who has gone without food for an extended period of time will tell you;upon eating that first meal eat slow and in small portions, otherwise that which was meant to nourish will harm you. Looking at our present state with the Cavs, we have been malnourished for decades and finally we have a banquet of food before us. Everyone wants to tinker with this trade for that, my thoughts are those of Moses "be still and see the salvation of the Lord"

The latest free agency craze is the Stephen Jackson entree; "be still" Eat what is on our plate, chew it slowly and savor it's taste , and digest you will find our meal very satisfying and full filling in the end Oh ravenous fanatics. Adding too many ingredients and mayhap the wrong ones can ruin the sauce or stew. Well done Danny Ferry! Chef Ramsey would give you a Michelin Star.  Those of us who know good greens acknowledge that "next day" greens are the best because of the settling time of the seasonings. By All-Star Break Oh taste and see that the Lord is good. Bon appe'tit !!!
