As anyone who has gone without food for an extended period of time will tell you;upon eating that first meal eat slow and in small portions, otherwise that which was meant to nourish will harm you. Looking at our present state with the Cavs, we have been malnourished for decades and finally we have a banquet of food before us. Everyone wants to tinker with this trade for that, my thoughts are those of Moses "be still and see the salvation of the Lord"
