When I was young, I often pondered the question, "Whatcha gonna do when Hulkamania and the WWE run wild on you?" I've had several years to think about how to answer this and in over those years I haven't been able to come up with a response other than soiling myself in fear. The Denver Nuggets may be doing this now as they prepare to literally come face to face with the entertainment giant that is the WWE.
Late yesterday, the WWE released a statement informing their fans on their site that their booked Monday Night RAW event this coming Monday at the Pepsi Center in Denver is conflicting with Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals between the Lakers and the Nuggets. I've never been to the Pepsi Center but I have been to several WWE/RAW events. I even painted my face like the Ultimate Warrior when I was 7 with this dude. I can say, without equivocation, that there is NO WAY both of these events can happen. I'm serious..I'm not even joking. It is impossible. Naga...naga...naganna happen.
It is not enough that that Denver has to worry about The Legend Killer (Kobe Bryant), the Twin Towers of (Pau and Bynum), The Ultimate Warrior (Lamar Odom), R-Truth (Ariza), the Cryme Time back court of Derrick Fisher and Shannon Brown and the Vince McMahon of the NBA (Phil Jackson), but now they have to actually worry about those WWE personalities too. The funniest solution about what to do came from a post on a website from blogger, "Just postpone Game 4 until the next evening. How much trouble can Kobe get into during an off day in Denver?" Now that's funny.
Regardless, tune in on Monday night to find out the outcome. As Vince McMahon said in his interview on ESPN below, "Our trucks are rolling. Tomorrow they are rolling and they are headed to Denver."

Bet someone's out of a job at the Pepsi Center!
