Some crazy fan painted witness on his 1987 cutlass on 23 inch chrome rims. We have seen this car and agree that it is the coolest car we've ever seen. We will take pictures and post videos of this car whenever we see it. We also saw it on the news! WE ARE ALL WITNESSES
